    A table and 2 chairs are provided for you. Your organization is responsible for any pop-up tents with weights, and table coverings. The required donation offsets the cost of the buffet lunch for two representatives as well as table and chairs at the fair.

    There is a nominal fee for participation in the Resource Fair, nonprofits are $100 and for-profits are $150. Event sponsors are exempt from this fee as are VA departments and other government organizations.

    If you would like to have more than two attendees at your table, please contact sponsorship@fwwaa.org. There will be an additional charge of $30 per person to cover background screening and lunch.

    All attendees are subject to a background screening.
