Valor Games Far West Resource Fair

Please join us for the Valor Games Far West Resource Fair on Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 10 am-2 pm. This outdoor event caters to businesses that offer resources and employment for Veterans or people with disabilities in the Western Region. We anticipate that over 100 Veterans with disabilities will be present at the event. Booth space is available for non-profit and for-profit businesses at the following rates:

Non-Profit rate: $100*
For-Profit rate: $150

*VA/gov’t businesses do not pay a fee

Booth Space Includes:

  • (1) 6ft table (no table covering)
  • (2) Folding chairs
  • (2) Lunch tickets

Table coverings, shade tents, and tent weights are not provided. Please bring your own. As Coast Guard Island is federal property, no goods may be sold during the Resource Fair.

    A table and 2 chairs are provided for you. Your organization is responsible for any pop-up tents with weights, and table coverings. The required donation offsets the cost of the buffet lunch for two representatives as well as table and chairs at the fair.

    There is a nominal fee for participation in the Resource Fair, nonprofits are $100 and for-profits are $150. Event sponsors are exempt from this fee as are VA departments and other government organizations.

    If you would like to have more than two attendees at your table, please contact sponsorship@fwwaa.org. There will be an additional charge of $30 per person to cover background screening and lunch.

    All attendees are subject to a background screening.
