- 1100 – 1400: Archery Clinic (learn about Paralympian Jeff Fabry, and Janice Walth of See No Limits who will be joining us)
- 1230: Lunch for Archery Clinic athletes
- 1400: Transportation leaves host hotel for Opening Ceremony at Coast Guard Island**
- 1500: Opening Ceremony, Coast Guard Island
Opening emcee is Paralympian John Register
Keynote speaker is NASA Ames Center Director Dr. Simon P. Worden - 1615: Athlete Meeting
- 1700: Leave for Oakland A’s game
- 1800 – 2300: Oakland A’s vs. Anaheim Angels baseball game and dinner**

- 0900: Powerlifting (bench press) Competition
- 0900: Biathlon Competition
- 0900 – 1200: Resource Fair
- 1100 – 1300: Power soccer – Paralympic Experience (interactive sport demonstrations), provided by PSC Silicon Valley and PSC Bay Area.
- 12:00 – 1300: Lunch
- 1300 – 1700: Archery Competition
- 1300 – 1700: Boccia – Paralympic Experience (interactive sport demonstrations), provided by Jeff Jones of U.S Boccia.
- 1700: Transportation leaves for host hotel**
- 1830 – 2030: Dinner at host hotel with guest comedian/magician Robert Strong

- 1300 – 1700: Rowing – Paralympic Experience (interactive sport demonstrations), provided by East Bay Rowing Club
