- Saturday, June 1, 2019: Breakfast at Hotel, Indoor Rowing Competition, Powerlifting Competition, Resource Fair, Lunch, Archery Competition, Dinner
- Sunday, June 2, 2019: Breakfast at Hotel, Depart Hotel, Cycling Competition, Lunch & Closing Ceremony
